Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client-facing analysis end-to-end by building, maintaining, and producing key reports across Garner’s data ecosystem in partnership with senior team members.
  • •Partner with client-facing teams using analytically robust reports and presentations to answer stakeholder questions.
  • •Build scalable report automation by collaborating with the data engineering team to create maintainable automation for a growing suite of client reporting.
  • •Develop deep domain expertise to independently drive meaningful insights and close gaps between client needs and report coverage.
  • •Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
  • •Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; dbt experience strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Comfort owning reporting projects end-to-end with autonomy and attention to detail.
  • •Experience building analytics/dashboards and validating results, including comfort with AI agents for analytics.
