Key Responsibilities

•Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries from prospective and existing clients professionally and timely.
•Provide accurate, detailed information about wedding packages, services, and availability.
•Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making bookings, and processing payments securely.
•Listen to client needs and resolve issues or concerns with patience, empathy, and positive problem-solving.
•Maintain precise, up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 39 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as a call centre, customer service, or client relations.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly telephone manner.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
•Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
•Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
