Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on plant mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, conveyors, blowers, compressors, and other rotating/fixed equipment.
  • •Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime events to diagnose root causes and implement repairs.
  • •Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and equipment manuals to guide maintenance activities.
  • •Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records, including parts used, time spent, and equipment condition.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a chemical processing, water treatment, mining, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation systems.
  • •Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps, motors, valves, and other rotating/process equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals to determine work procedures.
  • •Experience using industrial hand tools and power tools, with basic understanding of lubrication practices and preventive maintenance.
