Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with functional leaders to align HR priorities with business objectives, including organization design, workforce planning, talent needs, and change management.
  • •Identify talent gaps and implement development actions; support recruitment and onboarding and lead initiatives like talent review and succession planning.
  • •Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation; handle sensitive workplace issues with sound judgment and confidentiality.
  • •Ensure consistent execution of core HR processes and annual cycles in country, implementing enterprise HR policies in line with local legal/compliance requirements.
  • •Act as lead HR contact for the country organization, collaborate with regional HR partners and shared services, and lead/coach local HR team members where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning strategic HR partnership and operational HR management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, talent management, and organizational change.
  • •Must be fluent in both oral and written English.
