Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and drive large-scale deal lifecycle transformation program changes end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional support and resources.
  • •Own Business Practices’ CPQ governance across the deal lifecycle, coordinating UAT for new features, ensuring GA products are available in CPQ, and establishing best practices for evaluating/prioritizing CPQ requests.
  • •Manage full-stack change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, creating champions, and messaging/communication planning, support, and enablement.
  • •Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe across levels and functions.
  • •Identify deal lifecycle improvement opportunities spanning strategy, people, policy, process, and/or technology, and prioritize projects using data synthesis to support decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong track record delivering global, complex enterprise deal lifecycle/commercial transformation programs end-to-end in an ambiguous environment.
  • •Experience with deal management processes, deal process root cause analysis, and commercial agreements.
  • •Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills influencing across all levels, from front lines to executives.
  • •Comfort with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analyzing large datasets, plus prior experience with Salesforce, CPQ, deal approval, and contract lifecycle management tools.
