Drive Agile delivery for product teams by enabling customer-focused discovery, experimentation, and iteration on product strategy. Own agile practices across teams/journeys, including planning, dependency mapping, OKRs, and success metrics with Product Management and business partners. Coach agile ways of working, run sprint ceremonies and routines, manage backlog and MVP/Definition of Done, and support agile portfolio management and governance for strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable product teams to conduct customer-focused discovery, experiments, and feedback loops to evolve product strategy.
•Own agile practices across the team/product group/journey, including cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and success metrics.
•Coach and champion agile ways of working and mindset, supporting product management routines and continuous improvement.
•Lead execution of agile tactics and ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and working agreements.
•Own agile portfolio management tasks, manage governance/audit/evidence aspects, and support funding, staffing, training, and vendor management.
