Lead civil/roadway design tasks within the Wichita transportation group, guiding project teams through preliminary design, final design, and contract documentation. Key Responsibilities

•Lead tasks and design teams in the execution of projects.
•Provide technical expertise in various stages of the project, including preliminary design, final design, and contract documentation (cost estimates and specifications).
•Discuss and propose solutions to technical issues during design.
•Maintain positive team and client relationships.
•Collaborate with key staff across disciplines (e.g., drainage, structures) as required.

Key Requirements

•BS in Civil Engineering or closely related field from an accredited university
•5+ years of experience in the Transportation engineering field
•Professional Engineer’s License in Kansas
•Hands-on experience in OpenRoads Designer
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
