Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global accounting operations, including close, consolidations, technical accounting (ASC 606), and financial reporting.
  • •Lead corporate tax strategy and compliance, including domestic and international planning, transfer pricing, and indirect tax (sales/use, VAT/GST).
  • •Build and manage treasury operations: cash management, banking relationships, FX exposure, and capital deployment across currencies/entities.
  • •Own global procurement and vendor management, including source-to-pay processes, vendor contract negotiation, spend management, and purchasing controls.
  • •Design and scale accounting infrastructure, systems, and processes (ERP, billing, and close automation) and establish SOX-ready internal controls; lead audit readiness and financial statement audits.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including significant leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or consumption/usage-based software company for private and public organizations.
  • •CPA required; Big 4 public accounting background strongly preferred.
  • •Deep expertise in US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition for consumption/usage-based models.
  • •Proven experience scaling tax and treasury functions with international tax and multi-entity/multi-currency operations.
  • •Strong systems acumen with ERP and billing platforms for usage-based revenue (e.g., NetSuite, Workday).
