Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage bids and proposals from receipt of RFP through successful submission.
  • •Ensure compliance with WSP governance procedures and RFP-compliant bid submissions.
  • •Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to tender documents, ensuring customer requirements and company standards are met.
  • •Create compelling, customer-focused proposals and develop winning strategies using competitive information.
  • •Track bid outcomes, conduct post-bid reviews, and support end-game/prospect-to-project handover with prospect leaders and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Preferably familiar with ME projects and experience in a lead role on large capital projects globally.
  • •Experience in Power, Water and Renewable (e.g., solar, wind and BESS) projects is preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
