Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring-up, develop, maintain, and manage PCB and L6 test and automation equipment (ICT, AOI, MDA, Structural test, Functional test, leakage test, etc.).
  • •Lead and manage personnel within the equipment section, including mentoring, training, and enforcing robust SOPs.
  • •Plan and execute preventative maintenance and regular inspection programs to ensure continuous, reliable equipment operation.
  • •Analyze and resolve complex equipment anomalies, implementing countermeasures to maximize machine utilization and elevate product quality.
  • •Oversee evaluation, procurement, outsourcing, and assembly processes for new manufacturing equipment, and design/implement infrastructure for Instinct test and qualification in production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 2,224,460 - 3,177,800 annually

  • •Over 10 years of experience in maintenance and management of PCB and L6 test equipment (ICT, AOI, MDA, Structural test, Functional test, leakage test, etc.).
  • •Experience managing teams.
  • •Contract manufacturing work experience.
  • •Strong coordination and cooperation skills with excellent communication.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
