Job Summary

Support the Project Manager on Tier 2 and Tier 3 project handling while ensuring compliance with Emerson Trade Compliance and Ethical Business policies. Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to complete the commercial and technical review of orders, understand customer requirements, and keep projects on track through kickoff and progress reporting. Manage order entry in the ERP system, handle order changes, track supplier progress, and work with the documentation team so milestones and payments are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Project Managers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 project handling and ensure compliance with Emerson Trade Compliance and Ethical Business policies and procedures.
•Participate in internal project kickoff and progress report meetings via face-to-face or conference calls.
•Enter orders on time and completely in the ERP system, and coordinate order changes with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or factory.
•Validate lead time with support from manufacturing execution coordination or planning teams, and monitor supplier progress for buyouts.
•Provide progress updates and support escalations to the factory; coordinate with the documentation team to ensure documentation is ready for milestone payments.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an administrative role, customer support, or back office.
•French at minimum B2-C1 proficiency and English at minimum B2-C1 proficiency.
•Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects of projects (advantage).
•Proficient PC skills with MS Office applications (MS Word/Excel, etc.).
•Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
