Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for a product area: discovery, flows, interface, first-draft copy, and shipped quality.
  • •Collaborate as one third of a trio with the PM and tech lead to decide scope and sequence together.
  • •Run user interviews and usability tests, using access to product analytics.
  • •Design on top of the design system and document deviations rather than inventing workarounds.
  • •Ship small UI and copy changes yourself using AI-assisted code within written guardrails that require developer involvement when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years designing product, mostly B2B SaaS.
  • •Shipped at least one complex tool you personally designed and used (e.g., editor, builder, admin surface, or dashboard).
  • •Can connect design decisions to metrics and explain how the measurement was produced.
