Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage HACCP pre-requisite programs and periodically review effectiveness to mitigate microbiological contamination risk.
  • •Work with plant teams on special cleaning activities, inspection, and food safety verifications.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally on audit preparation (e.g., FSSC audit) and participate in internal HACCP/GMP and Quality audit programs.
  • •Establish and manage pest control and hygiene monitoring programs, including sampling frequency and acceptance criteria.
  • •Support hygiene/sanitation improvement initiatives and ensure compliance across suppliers, warehouse/third-party providers, and facility audits (cGMP, pest control, hygiene).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Diploma in a scientific or technical discipline (Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or related) or equivalent skills and experience.
  • •At least two years of relevant experience.
  • •Working experience in a Nutritional GMP manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Understanding of quality systems and HACCP, including environmental monitoring, pest management, sanitation, and other pre-requisite programs.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assess risks and support decision making.
