Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot virus-related incidents and respond to virus outbreak incidents.
  • •Escalate and coordinate with specialists/principles to drive problem resolution.
  • •Alert and notify the location IT team about new viruses and their impact.
  • •Troubleshoot firewall-related incidents and issues, including firewall hardening per MBSS standards and quarterly rule base reviews.
