Job Summary

Process customer and product-related transactions with high accuracy, ensuring onboarding and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are completed without defects. Capture and remediate FATCA/CRS data, support periodic monitoring and independent quality assurance, and handle source-system updates and exceptions within the CTCR reporting tool. Maintain HSBC internal controls, comply with group policies, and address audit and regulator points.

Key Responsibilities

•Process transactions accurately and ensure they are passed without defects.
•Support opening and administration of customer products/services, including amending, cancelling, or closing existing services as needed.
•Perform client due diligence onboarding checks and ongoing/remediation activity for CDD and KYC.
•Provide FATCA/CRS data capture, remediation, periodic monitoring, and independent quality assurance services.
•Comply with internal controls and group policy, support audit/regulatory actions, and manage operational risk responsibilities.

Key Requirements

•University graduate or above.
•Knowledge of banking operations and procedures (e.g., SOP, DIM, operational systems).
•Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
•Ability to work well in a team, be proactive, and willing to learn.
•Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy, and knowledge of internal controls regulations; prior financial crime/KYC/CDD experience is a plus.
