Drive technical sales for HVAC equipment and building management controls for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. After completing a 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, you’ll build relationships through consultative problem-solving across the full sales cycle—partnering with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to secure design wins and exceed territory sales targets.

•Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
•Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on the design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
•Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs throughout the full sales cycle.
•Develop sales strategies by analyzing market conditions and maintaining technical and professional knowledge.
•Create and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and secure new design wins.

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering (must be completed before the Graduate Training Program start date).
•Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
•Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to begin in-office work 3 months before the GTP start date.
•Legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and ability to meet driving/insurance requirements, including no major traffic violations (e.g., DUI) in the last 3 years.
