Job Summary

Lead end-to-end management of assigned non-motor insurance products within the AAGI P&C Underwriting team. Own product development and portfolio analysis, applying underwriting guidelines to drive profitable, sustainable growth. Support reinsurance renewals and NatCat risk assessments, ensure accurate exposure/premium/loss submissions, and uphold underwriting and product governance with regulatory compliance. Partner with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and distribution stakeholders across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end product management for assigned non-motor insurance lines across distribution channels.
•Drive product development and enhancements while applying underwriting guidelines and risk selection for profitable growth.
•Monitor and analyze portfolio performance; provide data-driven recommendations to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
•Support reinsurance renewals and NatCat management, including exposure/premium/loss data submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
•Ensure underwriting governance, product governance, and regulatory compliance through product filing processes and underwriting quality reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in non-life insurance, preferably within non-motor product lines.
•Strong background in product management, underwriting, and portfolio analysis.
•Exposure to reinsurance and NatCat management would be an advantage.
•Understanding of underwriting governance, product governance, and regulatory requirements.
