Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the DMR cost recovery process for all EMEA plants and coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to ensure effective cost recovery.
  • •Drive continuous improvement programs across CoE (Pune+Budapest) to standardize recovery and RTV processes.
  • •Support EMEA plants with supplier complaints (DMR) by driving problem solving activities until resolved.
  • •Run special programs with external suppliers to improve KPIs for poor-performing suppliers.
  • •Mentor and continuously train the team and Eaton plants on problem solving and cost recovery processes, and lead proactive standardization of supplier quality processes.
