Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth doula support to clients through Loula’s referral/doula matching program.
  • •Maintain an independent, non-exclusive doula practice while working with Loula.
  • •Be available to take on as many clients/visits as you choose (no minimums).
  • •Participate in Loula’s partnership process, including screening and onboarding.
  • •Meet and maintain required trainings and coverage (CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance) as part of eligibility.

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
