Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product quality improvements by owning Cost of Quality to eliminate waste and meet organizational goals.
  • •Improve equipment, tools, technologies, and other factors that impact production capability and capacity.
  • •Support ISO and company standard practices via the Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Operating System (BOS) using Leader Standard Work.
  • •Train and develop teams in problem-solving methods, DoE, FMEA, and Control Plans.
  • •Lead non-conformance material reviews and coordinate rework while minimizing cost; evaluate field/internal failures and perform root-cause problem solving.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and quality management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of APQP tools, including process flows, process FMEAs, and control plans.
  • •Experience with engineering systems including CAD, PLM, and MES; ability to contribute in design reviews and support validation/qualification.
  • •Experience with lean principles and tools such as Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, and Kanban.
