Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage group banking relationships for debt and equity funding requirements in line with policies and guidelines.
  • •Assess and manage financial risks (interest rate, foreign exchange, credit) using hedging and risk management strategies.
  • •Coordinate with lenders and legal counsel on LMA documentation for debt facilities.
  • •Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to anticipate impacts on financial position and strategy.
  • •Support senior leadership with financial risk assessments, investment strategies, capital allocation, and balance-sheet structuring including covenant analysis and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience in a tier 1 bank or corporation, with GCC experience an advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting and finance, or economics.
  • •MBA, CFA, CMA, ACA or ACCA is mandatory.
  • •Proficiency in financial risk management across foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
  • •Experience with debt and equity structures (e.g., Sukuk, Private Placement, Syndication, Bilateral, Bridge/Club, bond issuance, IPO) and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
