Key Responsibilities

•The role sits within WSP’s digital innovation team who are working on a range of ground breaking projects using new solutions to transform the designing and making of buildings
•The role involves working on an exciting range of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) projects defining new solutions around platform approaches across a number of sectors
•The successful candidate will help create subassembly strategies including libraries of subassemblies, using Inventor and other manufacturing tools, working in conjunction with our client’s and their supply chain partners
•The role requires collaborating with a broad range of WSP engineers and specialists including the MMC and sustainability teams
•You will be part of a digital innovation team focused on delivering next generation solutions to clients and contribute to a rapidly growing team in London

Key Requirements

•An architectural or architectural technology degree
•Membership of a Professional Institute – RIBA / CIAT
•Experience delivering complex technical solutions across a wide range of sectors and coordinating offsite manufacturing solutions
•An understanding of different technologies and how to exploit these to transform how buildings are delivered
•A passion for developing next generation construction solutions using manufacturing technologies such as Inventor
