Job Summary

Lead strategic sourcing and global operations planning to shape the supply chain of the future. You’ll run “Make/Buy” and spend-data analyses to improve cost, margins, and value creation, design integrated sourcing strategies between manufacturing and supply chain, and ensure organizational continuity into NPI. As a senior internal strategic consultant, you’ll prepare business cases for RTX and P&WC leadership and identify new technology partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead “Make/Buy” decision analyses to determine optimal industrial footprint for current and future engine programs.
•Design and implement integrated strategies between manufacturing and supply chain to optimize the global production network.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses of spend data by value stream to identify cost reduction and margin expansion opportunities.
•Ensure organizational continuity between strategic design phases and operational deployment (NPI), aligning Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance.
•Prepare and present complex strategic business cases and identify new technological partners to build global operations capabilities.

Key Requirements

•10 to 12 years of professional experience in aerospace (OEM) or a high-precision manufacturing industry, with expertise in complex manufacturing processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or business administration, with strong exposure to technical environments.
•Experience negotiating with suppliers.
•Strong ability to extract strategic insights from complex data, financial models, and spend analysis.
•Ability to synthesize complex issues and influence stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
