Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate international sea freight (FCL, LCL, Breakbulk) and air freight shipments end to end.
  • •Arrange bookings with ocean carriers, airlines, and overseas agents; plan cargo collection, consolidation, transportation, and delivery.
  • •Monitor shipments from origin to destination and provide proactive updates; resolve operational issues with corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and import/export documentation).
  • •Serve as primary customer point of contact, manage expectations with shipment status updates, liaise with logistics partners and internal teams, and support cost control and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field.
  • •3–4 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • •Experience in operations with broad knowledge of regulations.
  • •CargoWise experience preferred.
  • •Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong professional email writing.
