Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations in person and over the phone.
  • •Open and support consumer and business deposit accounts and related products, including lending and certificates of deposit.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners, leveraging centers of influence to deepen referrals and relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel), plus digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
