Senior HR Business Partner: Enterprise Sector

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies to business priorities across assigned enterprise sectors. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability building. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy talent programs and resolve complex escalations, while providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance coaching, and annual HR processes. Use people analytics to inform decisions and drive workforce performance, while leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
