Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service to visitors and serve as an organizational representative internally and externally.
  • •Manage the supervisor’s scheduler, reminders, and meeting coverage; check guest admissions and maintain visitor/appointment logs.
  • •Confidentially distribute, record, and file correspondences, calls, and queries to ensure document traceability.
  • •Screen and organize documents for the supervisor and distribute department documents to relevant personnel on a timely basis.
  • •Prepare reports/memos/presentations as requested and support HSE initiatives, including safety awareness and incident reporting/resolution.

  • •Provide professional, approachable customer service to visitors and represent the organization effectively.
  • •Maintain scheduling for the direct supervisor, ensuring critical meetings are not missed.
