Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
  • •Collaborate with account and connected sales teams to jointly ensure customer success through customer planning.
  • •Lead customer/partner engagements with IT and decision makers and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • •Drive technical sales cycle activities including designing and presenting solutions and moving deals through the technical sales process.
  • •Shape technical strategy and cross-architecture roadmaps with engineering and leadership; increase revenue by converting opportunities and displacing competitors.

Key Requirements
