Job Summary

Lead CRH’s SAP organization end to end across transformation, enhancements, and production support. Own the SAP application landscape including SAP Commerce Cloud, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Concur, and provide oversight for key non-SAP ecosystem applications. Set technical and delivery direction, manage governance and reliability vs. new capability tradeoffs, and build a high-performing SAP team spanning functional, technical, and delivery disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the SAP team across greenfield/brownfield transformations, enhancements/continuous improvement, and day-to-day production support.
•Own the end-to-end SAP application landscape, including SAP Commerce Cloud, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
•Provide leadership and oversight for adjacent non-SAP applications integral to the ecosystem, including Apex, Coupa, and Vertex.
•Set technical and delivery direction for SAP-led transformation initiatives, including scope, design decisions, sequencing, risk management, and quality.
•Build, develop, and retain a high-performing SAP team and establish pragmatic governance, standards, and ways of working.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SAP experience across both senior leadership and hands-on delivery, including leading teams and doing the work personally.
•Demonstrated success implementing SAP through SAP-led transformations across multiple full lifecycle programs.
•Hands-on S/4HANA experience required; building products industry (or adjacent manufacturing/distribution sectors) is strongly preferred.
•Track record leading teams delivering projects, enhancements, and ongoing support concurrently.
•Experience overseeing an application portfolio including SAP Commerce Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Concur, plus integrated non-SAP applications (e.g., Coupa, Vertex, Apex).
