Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and post POS tickets for multiple lines of business, reviewing, validating, and editing tickets to ensure billing accuracy.
  • •Monitor ticket quality, analyze reports and system data, and determine corrections and billing adjustments.
  • •Review billing and ticketing data to identify errors and resolve billing-related exceptions in coordination with internal teams.
  • •Complete and maintain SOX documentation and follow billing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • •Perform administrative billing tasks such as tax adjustments and Accounts Receivable adjustments, including credit and rebill transactions.
