Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate via radio and answer crew operational questions; respond to flight service requests and relay issues to appropriate leadership and departments.
  • •Facilitate aircraft turns to mitigate delays, review turn timing/in-service status, and coordinate with departments to support on-time departures.
  • •Create and manage gating plans, proactively manage aircraft moves and gate swaps, implement solutions to gate conflicts, and communicate gate changes to stakeholders.
  • •Monitor flight activity and customer connections to minimize travel disruptions; code and communicate AYR checklist failures and update operational timelines.
  • •Provide taxi instructions and other ramp control tasks (where applicable), oversee de-icing activities, update field conditions and onboard fuel, and complete shift checklists while following safety and regulatory requirements.
