Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for all warehouse functions including inward, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory.
  • •Unload vehicles on time and acknowledge vehicle receiving via email.
  • •Plan required manpower based on volume fluctuations, including layout-wise manpower planning.
  • •Ensure loss control, warehouse hygiene, and not to compromise on safety of employees and premises.
  • •Handle customer relationship management: timely reply to customer queries, resolve queries and send reports, and proactively manage escalations to reduce complaints.
