Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and HVAC systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Work with flexibility, including overtime and weekends as needed, with occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school or formal training preferred).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
  • •Ability to work safely and meet physical requirements for ladder use, confined spaces, and extended standing/lifting.
