Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across all phases to handover.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, developers, government authorities, and utility providers; lead executive meetings and manage major stakeholder interfaces.
  • •Provide executive oversight of contract administration (including variations, claims, and extensions of time) and monitor commercial and financial performance.
  • •Oversee engineering design coordination, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and handover; ensure compliance with specifications, authority requirements, and standards.
  • •Establish project governance for quality, safety, and risk; implement Project Quality Plans, HSE Management Systems, and Risk Registers; report executive progress and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is highly desirable.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant experience delivering major villas and infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Project Director, Project Manager, or Senior Resident Engineer) on large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure project delivery, FIDIC contracts, project controls, commercial management, QA/QC, and HSE management.
