Key Responsibilities

•Teach a community of automation, no-code, and open-source builders with practical how-tos and strong member relationships.
•Own certified courses and in-depth education content, converting it into short-form materials for each channel (videos, livestreams, blogs, meetups, social).
•Drive the education funnel from awareness to activation and lasting proficiency.
•Partner with teams to enable co-marketing and curriculum opportunities.
•Design learning outcomes and learning assessments, and monitor success metrics (completion, certification pass rates, proficiency gains).

Key Requirements

•5+ years working in tech, with 2+ years in Developer Relations or Developer Education.
•Experience teaching and building community across channels like YouTube, short-form video, courses, blogs, meetups, and events.
•Identify as a teacher/learner and communicator—empathetic, inclusive, warm, and enthusiastic about helping people learn.
•Be passionate about automation, no-code and/or open source.
•Comfortably build and debug real n8n workflows; bonus experience with instructional design, assessment writing, or certification programs.
