Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Lemonade’s automation efforts to reach infinite scale by automating all customer touchpoints (claims, customer support, risk review) to improve efficiency and experience
  • •Use GenAI tools and internal tools to build and enhance AI-powered product features
  • •Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders within the Customer Ops team
  • •Create product strategies aligned with the company vision and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • •Prioritize tasks and generate innovative ideas to expand product capabilities and improve scalability and automation

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company
  • •Hands-on experience with building GenAI applications
  • •Experience leading small, agile teams
  • •Fully fluent in English, with top-notch communication skills
  • •Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
