Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creation and strategy of enterprise bids, proposals, and tender responses across Australia and New Zealand. Lead bid qualification, tender lifecycles, and submission content tailored to buyer priorities and scoring criteria. Coordinate inputs across clinical, IG, product, engineering, finance, and legal to deliver competitive, high-quality submissions aligned to ISO 27001 and IRAP readiness, HISF/HISO requirements, and Privacy Act obligations.

•Lead bid qualification and create bid plans, timelines, and ownership for every live tender.
•Analyse tender documents to surface requirements, evaluation criteria, and risks hidden in the details.
•Coordinate the full tender lifecycle and gather input from clinical, IG, product, engineering, finance, and legal at the right moments.
•Write and refine submission content aligned to ANZ health system buyer priorities and scoring criteria.
