Lead plant-level quality excellence and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing sites in the Americas, focusing on shop-floor performance, process capability, and right-first-time results. Drive audits, defect prevention, root-cause problem solving, and standardized global QMS practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the plant-level Quality Management System across manufacturing sites, ensuring procedures, controls, and standards are applied consistently.
•Drive process discipline and defect prevention using in-process quality controls, critical control points, and process monitoring for right-first-time performance.
•Lead site-level continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured RCA methodologies to eliminate defects, reduce waste, and control variation.
•Act as Quality Management Representative (QMR), coordinate internal and external audits, and drive compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 as needed.
•Provide leadership for HSE and Security programs, integrating HSE controls into daily operations and ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,600 - 134,500 annually

•Experience with quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 (as necessary), audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
