Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Partner with product owners to shape, refine, and prioritise product backlogs aligned to business value.
  • •Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional requirements across the full product lifecycle.
  • •Support UAT, defect triage, and business sign-off activities while facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.
  • •Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements using Copilot, Copilot Agents, and workflow automation; support solution adoption and change management.
