Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring finance in-house without interruption, including reporting, payments, and compliance continuity
  • •Design, implement, and own end-to-end finance processes, controls, and policies
  • •Run day-to-day UK finance including ledgers, bank and payroll reconciliations, and monthly close to deliver management accounts with variance commentary
  • •Prepare monthly multi-currency group consolidation, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations, coordinating and resolving in-region accountant submissions
  • •Own group accounts payable with Dext, Xero, and Spendesk workflows, manage weekly payment runs, monthly supplier reconciliations, and coordinate year-end close and tax compliance

Key Requirements

  • •ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified in the final exam stage) with a strong track record in a comparable, broad finance role
  • •Hands-on experience across a multi-entity/group finance structure, comfortable covering both transactional processing and group reporting
  • •Experience preparing management accounts and multi-currency group consolidations
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS, including FX and intercompany accounting
  • •Experience owning accounts payable, including approval workflows, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations
