•Provide real-time feedback and coaching to bridge the gap between training and practical sales execution.
•Drive role readiness and successful transitions for team members to maintain a high-performing talent pipeline for regional sales offices.
•Mentor new hires daily on-site to foster collaboration and professional development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•6+ years of experience in a field-facing sales role, with track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance KPIs for at least 3 consecutive years.
•3+ years of direct people management experience in a sales organization.
•Extensive experience in professional leadership, coaching, and mentorship to inspire, motivate, and develop early-career talent.
•Strong working knowledge of sales methodologies and sales tools to credibly coach new hires on essential sales activities.
