Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure correct optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
  • •Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations to verify appraisal details and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, onboarding, and comply with CarMax EH&S requirements.
