Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients’ homes as a Mobile Phlebotomist, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection while supporting low-acuity patient visits. Use mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination, and help manage samples from collection through labeling and lab/shipment drop-off. You’ll work independently with reliable transportation and a patient-first approach supported by training.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE to care for daily patients.
•Use technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
•Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform preventative and diagnostic services.
•Perform patient services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs and more as appropriate and comfortable for the patient.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training (plus national certification where applicable).
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of required course/program or certification based on licensure level.
•Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance; pass national background check and DMV check.
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
