Registered Nurse - NICU

Provide and coordinate NICU patient care, including assessing and identifying patient needs, monitoring the medical plan, and documenting clinical observations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare specialists to create and evaluate care plans, perform systematic assessments and re-assessments, and manage nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes. Administer medications and treatments, provide wound care, support life-saving care within scope, and facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
