Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates (construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs).
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs using benchmark data.
  • •Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling; facilitate bid interviews and provide recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts with transparency and accuracy.
  • •Assess payment applications and recommend contractor entitlements; review change order requests and support dispute prevention and end-to-end invoicing.
