Renewals Specialist (Remote)

Own customer renewal outcomes by partnering with account teams and partners to retain and expand revenue. Build and validate accurate, on-time renewal proposals and quotes using Salesforce data, including complex co-term/true-up and upsell scenarios. Research license history, qualify decision makers, and mitigate churn risk by aligning at-risk renewals with the right stakeholders. Provide high-touch support coordination and feed customer feedback into product teams.
