Job Summary

Work with the Tech Finance team to deliver global reporting and analysis for the Tech function. Support rolling forecasts by analyzing opex and capex and Tech projects, contribute to monthly opex/capex reporting, and help coordinate the 3-year capex plan process. Manage cost collection through IT Financial Management applications, support international taxation requirements (IT cost recharge), and collaborate with PR HQ and E&A affiliate finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the rolling forecast process, including analysis on opex, capex, and Tech projects.
•Support publication of monthly financial reporting for opex and capex.
•Coordinate the 3-year capex plan process when required and manage associated deadlines.
•Manage cost collection using IT Financial Management applications and prepare related documentation and variation comments.
•Help with international taxation requirements, including annual recharge of IT costs to relevant affiliates.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
•Previous exposure to large corporate (multi-country/global) business is desired.
•Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
•Analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
•Excellent verbal, written, planning, and organisational skills; attentive to detail and deadlines.
