Job Summary

Own and drive the marketing technology stack as the internal product manager for our CRM, data pipelines, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. Lead engineering priorities, integrate Salesforce and third-party SaaS tools, and collaborate with performance marketing, data engineering, and sales to deliver high-ROI, hyper-personalised marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee configuration, delivery, and integration of premium SaaS applications to support CRM and AI roadmaps.
•Direct engineering workflows and lead architecture decisions to ensure scalable lead routing within Salesforce via LeanData.
•Collaborate with data analytics to instrument data-sharing pipelines and improve bidding quality on ad platforms.
•Guide the marketing technology stack within the Performance Marketing function, aligning with global regions and executive leadership.
•Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in marketing technology, sales operations, revenue operations, or product management with a strong understanding of Salesforce and its integrations.
•Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, set feature priorities, and guide engineering teams to impactful solutions.
•Strong understanding of data flows, SaaS integrations, and tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, or DBT.
•Genuine interest in applying AI and large language model tools within marketing/product contexts.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executives.
