Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies for Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet, Travel, and Workplace Services.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including market assessments, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • •Oversee fleet category strategies and supplier relationships (fleet management, vehicle manufacturers, leasing, fuel, maintenance, telematics, sustainability initiatives) to improve utilization, safety, and lifecycle costs.
  • •Manage global Real Estate and Facilities sourcing and supplier frameworks (brokers, lease administration, property management, IFM, building maintenance/engineering, janitorial/workplace services, security, furniture/workplace solutions) and lead lease- and facilities-related contract negotiations.
  • •Drive travel procurement strategies and supplier partnerships (TMCs, airlines, hotels, ground transportation, car rental, travel technology, expense management) using global policies, governance, and performance evaluation (scorecards, spend analysis, feedback, benchmarking).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in category management and strategic sourcing for indirect spend categories (real estate, facilities, fleet, travel, or similar).
  • •Proven success negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • •Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and large-scale sourcing initiatives.
  • •Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills with excellent executive stakeholder communication.
