Job Summary

Manage end-to-end service spare parts logistics for the dealer and service network, ensuring timely inbound/outbound parts flow and consistent service-level performance. Coordinate VOR, emergency, and critical parts logistics to reduce repair lead times, oversee 3PL execution against OEM SLAs and KPIs, and run reverse logistics for returns, warranty, cores, and claims. Monitor logistics performance, support audits and HSE compliance, and drive optimization and digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily service logistics activities for OEM spare parts distribution to dealers, body shops, and service centers.
•Coordinate inbound shipments from OEM hubs, regional distribution centers, and local suppliers; ensure outbound delivery meets service-level targets and cut-off times.
•Manage Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR), emergency, and critical spare parts logistics by monitoring orders, pipeline status, lead times, and delivery performance.
•Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and transportation providers, monitoring performance against OEM SLAs/KPIs and ensuring correct picking, packing, and dispatch for urgent orders.
•Run reverse logistics for spare parts returns (warranty, cores, campaign/recall, defective/damage), ensuring documentation, traceability, segregation, and timelines; support compliance and audits.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in service logistics or spare parts operations, preferably in an automotive OEM or authorized distributor environment.
•Strong understanding of automotive spare parts flows, VOR processes, and dealer service requirements.
•Experience coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
•Ability to manage urgent, high-priority spare parts demands while maintaining operational discipline.
•Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems, with SAP preferred.
